Dear Customers,
With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) a dominant topic in the news and in each of our workplaces, I want to provide you, our valued clients, with an update on how MJC is ensuring our ability to meet your needs at this challenging time. As you know, Monmouth Airport has been serving our customers for over 60 years, and in that time, we have navigated many national issues that have impacted our customers, our employees and our flight operations. Since COVID-19 became a public health emergency, we activated a rapid response team to ensure we have contingencies in place to continue to provide the services that our tenants and operators have come to expect while protecting our employees and our clients.
We are monitoring guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization on a daily basis. We are communicating with our employees and airport tenants each day to share the latest information as we have it and we are in contact with clients directly, when appropriate, to share our planning and guidance. Dealing with this crisis will require more than additional hand sanitizers around the FBO. (Though we have many and you are encouraged to use them) It will require patience and perseverance, and a healthy dose of common sense.
It is in that essence that we have decided to limit our Employees personal interactions with our customers, passengers and pilots. We ask that you please call the FBO 732-751-0044 or email them at Fuel@kblm.com for NON essential airport operations or questions. We are also asking for as much notification regarding your aircraft movements that require our staff assistance.
We thank you for your support, and hope you fly through this crisis in style.
Rita Spader
Executive Director Of Airport Operations
